Don Bassey Eyoette is a Nigerian legal practitioner whose practice spans complex dispute resolution, corporate and commercial advisory, mining and natural resources and regulatory matters.

He has been involved in the handling of high-profile and commercially significant cases and has represented individuals, businesses and corporate organisations in disputes involving substantial legal, financial and operational interests.

His dispute resolution experience extends to civil and commercial litigation and appellate proceedings. His approach to advocacy is founded on detailed legal research, strategic case management and a careful understanding of the commercial circumstances underlying complex disputes.

Beyond litigation, Don advises corporate organisations on commercial agreements, business transactions, employment matters, regulatory compliance and operational legal risks.

He has considerable practical experience providing legal support within the mining and natural resources sector. His work in the sector has involved regulatory matters, host community and stakeholder engagements, land access arrangements, operational agreements, dispute management and ongoing corporate legal advisory.

Edemumoh Essang is a Nigerian legal practitioner with specialised expertise and extensive professional interest in Oil and Gas Law, Energy Law and International Law.

He has advised on various legal and commercial transactions involving the energy and oil and gas sectors, providing strategic legal guidance on commercial arrangements, regulatory considerations and matters with international dimensions.

With professional experience in Port Harcourt, one of Nigeria's principal oil and gas centres, and professional engagements extending beyond Nigeria, he brings a commercially focused and internationally conscious perspective to the Firm.
